Equilibre Health provides Exercise Physiology and Lifestyle services for personal wellbeing and chronic disease prevention and management for individuals of all ages.

It is our priority to provide evidence-based, safe and appropriate exercise and lifestyle advice to assist clients to gain the knowledge and skills they need to manage their own health or the health of their service/community.

Effective communication with our partners and referring medical/allied health practitioners is a main goal, to ensure continuity of care and see improvements in patient/client outcomes.

Rebates for exercise physiology are available through Medicare, DVA and most Private Health Insurers. Please contact us for further information.

Equilibre Health has clinic locations in both Bright and Mount Beauty and provides a mobile service (home visits and/or local gyms) throughout the Ovens and Kiewa Valleys. From experience, consulting with clients in their own home provides them with the comfort and confidence, to undergo exercise assessment and subsequent program.


Leeah Cooper

Leeah studied Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at Wollongong University, NSW and graduated with honours in 2006 before commencing work as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Leeah has worked with a range of clients for wellbeing and rehabilitation. Leeah also has 8 years experience in Health Promotion, with projects including diabetes prevention and healthy eating and physical activity for infants through to teenagers.

Leeah specialises in exercise prescription for the management and prevention of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Leeah holds post-graduate qualifications in Human Nutrition and further studies in Health Coaching, helping clients to address all aspects of health and wellness.
